Shipping Information:

SHIPPING POLICIES:

Our goal is to provide you with your shipment in the most timely, efficient manner possible.
We ship most of our products standard ground UPS. On average this can take
5 to 7 business days, depending on your location.

SHIPPING COSTS:

At Mendoza's Offroad, our shipping prices are 18% of your order or a $9.00 minimum for orders shipped within the 48 Continental United States. *All orders, within the Continental United States, over $150.00 include shipping. Offer may not be valid on items required to be shipped truck freight.

Expedited and International shipments will be charged the full amount of incurred freight or postage costs, including, but not limited to, any duty taxes that may be incurred.

FREIGHT ORDERS:

Orders that are required to be shipped truck freight may incur additional charges,
which will be calculated when your order is received. We will email you with the
estimated cost, and ask for verification before proceeding with your order.

BACK ORDERS:

Some of our products are in high demand and there may be a short delay in shipping those products. If a product is expected to be on back order for more than two weeks we will notify you.

Items may be returned during the first 30 days after shipment, for credit as follows:

A: Factory Defect or Error: Item must be returned by customer within the first 30 days of invoice for full credit for merchandise (minus freight charges) - Or customer may receive an original replacement shipment at no charge once item is returned.

B: Customer Ordering Error: Subject to a 15%, or $15.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all shipping charges incurred by Mendoza's Offroad (this includes products that shipping was included in the total price). No refunds on freight charges, including products with "SHIPPING INCLUDED". Customer will be responsible for return shipping and return shipping charges. Merchandise must be in NEW, RE-SALEABLE condition - If product has been installed you may not be issued a refund or a credit.

C: Customized products are non-returnable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO RETURNS on customized products because of customer ordering error.

D: Returns for Refunds: Subject to a 15%, or $15.00 restocking fee (whichever is greater) plus all shipping charges incurred by Mendoza's Offroad (this includes products that shipping was included in the total price). No refunds on freight charges, including products with "SHIPPING INCLUDED". Plus, you will be responsible for return shipping and return shipping charges. Merchandise must be in NEW, RE-SALEABLE condition - If product has been installed you may not be issued a refund or credit.

E: Electronic items are NON-RETURNABLE or EXCHANGEABLE if opened from original packaging. (Unless they are defective or damaged during shipping, in which case we will help you with obtaining a replacement). You may be required to send the electronics to the original manufacturer for replacement.

F: Sale of closeout items are final. Only defective closeout items may be returned for credit.

RETURN PROCEDURE:

Call or email Mendoza's Offroad with the invoice number, part number, color, and the reason for return to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Once you receive an R.A. number you may return the product, in the original packaging, properly packaged. When the product is received and verified, you will be credited according to the return policy. To verify returns, you should obtain a tracking number from the carrier who you ship the item.

CANCELLATIONS:

Our goal is to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. Once the order has been placed by you, received and reviewed by us, and transferred to our shipping department, it can not be cancelled as it is probably already on its way to you. All cancellations will be charged a 10% cancellation fee. Custom built or customized products cannot be cancelled.

If your order arrives with obvious damage, you can refuse to accept it and the shipping company will return the merchandise to us. Upon receipt, we will ship out a replacement order immediately. If you discover damage after you already have accepted the delivery, simply call the shipper (usually UPS) and file a damage claim. They will reimburse you for the value of the damaged merchandise.

IF THERE WAS AN ERROR IN YOUR ORDER:

Our goal is to get every order correct but occasionally a mistake can happen. If you feel you have received the wrong merchandise, please E-mail, fax or phone us with complete details and we will resolve the situation.

WARRANTY RETURNS:

Defectives must be shipped prepaid an accompanied by either a completed manufacturer's warranty tag or one provided by Mendoza's Offroad. Product must be shipped in its original packaging including packing and protective materials. If product is not shipped with its original packaging, or is not returned with original parts and documentation, Mendoza's Offroad reserves the right to deny credit. Customers that return product claiming it is defective which is later classified by the manufacturer a no-defective will be assessed a 25% restocking fee. Warranties, when accompanied by the proper RGA information, will not be assessed a handling charge. Warranty return goods authorizations are void 30 days after use.

MANUFACTURERS WARRANTIES:

All parts are covered only by the Manufacturer's Warranties and/or Guarantees. Mendoza's Offroad can assume no responsibility for use or application by the user. Mendoza's Offroad, is not liable for any labor, incidental, or any other associated costs related to installation of products.
Any warranties on the products sold hereby are those made by the manufacturer. The seller, Mendoza's Offroad, hereby disclaims all warranties either express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and neither assumes nor authorizes any other person to assume for it any liability in connection with the sale of said products. Manufacturers shall be the sole judges of all warranties. Any warranty returned to the seller by the manufacturer will be returned and re-billed to the customer.

Becoming a Dealer with Mendoza's Offroad is simple. Just fill out the Dealer Application and fax back to us at 623-915-0340. Please indicate the products you are interested in purchasing in volume. We run our Dealership program on a volume basis, the more you buy the bigger discount you will receive.
