Everything Offroad is a legitimate full-service business that offers products on our web store and retail location in Peoria, Arizona.  We offer a fully staffed and knowledgeable sales department.  We are not just a fly-by-night internet store; like some web sites that our operating from a basement somewhere with no one (but an annoying automated phone system) to answer their phones, or some one trying to sell a second hand or factory second product on Ebay.

We make every attempt to give you the best quality products and services at the lowest possible price. Many of our product's manufacturers have a Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policy. This means that they state the prices that we can advertise their products for. Most of the time this is less than the Retail price. The reason for this MAP pricing is to prevent pricing wars between retailers and maintain the value of their products. Some other "discount" retailers may not abide by this policy, but because we believe in maintaining the best relationship between us and the manufacturer, we do. This relationship will help us better serve you because we maintain a good relationship with the manufacturer.  This way, if any problems do arise with your product we can quickly take care of them.  The discount retailers do not follow the MAP prices and therefore do not receive any support from the manufacturer (this is why most "discount" retailers have a "NO RETURN" policy).

Everything Offroad offers a reasonable 30 day RETURN POLICY - with a toll free Customer Service Support phone number (1-877-594-1323) to answer any of your questions. 

Unlike some of our Competition's Return Policies which state:  "ALL SALES ARE FINAL BY SELLER TO BUYER" - Meaning NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES AT ALL!

Maintaining our relationships with the product manufacturers means Everything Offroad will be available to take care of you if you have any questions or problems.
